Information for CR2:
-Reporting time @ HQ : 10.15am (bus leaving at 10.55am)
-Estimated Dismissal time @ HQ : 9.00pm (+/-)
-Attire : Report in Full RCY uniform (to be in TIP-TOP condition)
-Bring 1.5L Water Bottle(labelled) and white gloves
-Lunch and dinner will be provided by NDP side.

Factors contributing to doing good drills:
-Practise at home (hentak 90 degree...)
-Visualise marching in the parade
-Sleep well(at least 7 hours of sleep!)
-Eat well, Drink well (glucose water, isotonic drink e.g:100plus)

Training UpdateS!

Attire: Mufti + Boots
Report timing: 1215 with lunch

*To take note:
-7Hours of sleep
-Drink enough water the day before training

Angels and Mortal!

DOs:
1: try to encourage mortals each training by giving simples gifts or cards, preparing lunch...
2: help to call up mortal if mortal is not feeling well or missed the training
3: Taking initiative to lead and help the entire squad

DONTs:
1: revealing angels to mortals
2: spending of gift which are more than $3.00

Rewarding system:
1: a ranking system would be proposed
2:mortals will be given a check card to list down whether their angels is 'working'
3: other than encouraging own mortals, angels should be pro-active and lift up the atmosphere and enthusiam of the entire squad (e.g. VOLUNTEER to lead cheers). instructors are to take note.

UPON being consistent for:
'working for 2 weeks' angels would be promoted to the rank of: Assistant Model Angel
'working for 4 weeks' angels would be promoted to rank of: superbly Model Angel
'working for 8 weeks' angels would be promoted to rank of: Distinct ANGEL MODEL
'working for 10 weeks + at least leading or helping once' angels would be promoted to the rank of: MERIT ANGEL MODEL
'Working every single week + leading and helping for 3 times' angels would be promoted to the rank of EXCELLENCE ANGEL MODEL
