Safety Issues 1. Make sure you have a heavy breakfast or a light lunch before reporting 2. Have at least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep the night before 3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water the day before 4. No consumption of alcohol the day before (if any of you do drink liquor at home) 5. Stay healthy and stay injury-free, do not engaging in strenuous activities the day before
Uniform Preparations and Other Issues 1. Prepare your uniform well 2. DO NOT forget to bring or wear any part(s) of your uniform 3. Label your water bottles 4. For those of you who have not pay up for the T-shirt, please bring $11 per tee
F & B 1. Light lunch and snacks will be provided 2. 1 500ml mineral water bottle to be provided to each person Attendance 1. Attendance is COMPULSORY for all rehearsals 2. No NDP cadet should be involved in ULP, CAC or any other events / courses be it in school or in RCY that clash with NDP rehearsals 3. Those of you who still have ongoing exams will be accorded with Exam Leave 4. Please advice your parents to avoid going for family holiday trips that clash with any NDP rehearsal if possible
